Want to work for a company where you will be given full autonomy within your role ? We are looking for ambitious and motivated Sales People who want to work in a 'no KPI' environment, with full ownership of their diary, the sales process and how they achieve their Sales Revenue target. This is a great opportunity for anyone with 2 years or more experience of working within the Packaging sector, to make their mark within an independently owned business with a 20 year plus history. The business is a supplier of Cartons, Stretch Films, Packaging Machines, and Protective Packaging to a multitude of Industries. The business has experienced extensive growth over the last 5 years, and have big plans for 2020 - do you want to be part of the action? Up to £35k base Uncapped commission Company car/laptop/mobile The Role Selling a range of protective and transit packaging Setting the strategy to approach the market including diary management Following up leads as well as generating your own Visiting prospective clients to present the range of products Contract negotiation A mix of Account Management and New Business Covering a territory which includes Coventry, Birmingham, Northampton & parts of Leicestershire This is a field/home based role with a presence in the office 1-2 days a week (Leicester) About You Ambitious and self-motivated with the ability to self-manage Experience of territory management Proven sales experience (both account management and new business) 2 years experience within the Packaging sector With a competitive base salary of £28k - £35k and uncapped commission available - what are you waiting for ?
