SALARY £16k to £18k/annum plus commission [OTE £30k] Our client, a high-end Estate Agency based in North London, are recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join their vibrant team, a minimum 1-2 year's experience required. This is a great opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator with experience working in an upmarket area to progress to a more senior level. Duties include: Attending viewings Liaising with potential new clients, tenants and landlords - handling incoming queries Arranging the signing of contracts by both landlords and tenants Setting up new tenancy agreements Handling renewals Ensuring rents are received Processing references Preparing property details Skills & attributes: A proven successful billing history Able to work under pressure This is an excellent opportunity for a target driven Lettings Negotiator to join this successful and upmarket Estate Agents located in North London.
