An uncapped bonus scheme and prospects for promotion await the successful Field Sales Executive. The Role: As Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing medium to high-value based business with regards to commercial waste and recycling services - targeting all sizes of client in the public and private sector. This is a new business orientated role, you'll be generating your own leads and appointments and then passing accounts to a customer service team after a short period of time. Very achievable targets and KPI's are in place, with uncapped earning potential. The Company: This company has an interesting and unique position within the waste and recycling sector, as a business who reinvest in the local community. Backed by local councils, their first and foremost aim is to provide a quality service in an ever-expanding environment. The Person: The ideal candidate will have a background in business to business sales - and have an appetite for new business selling. Drive and a desire to succeed are prerequisites for this role.
