Overview
M2 Professional Recruitment Services are an established and successful business focussed on the delivery of specialist recruitment solutions to the Business Finance and Banking industry. As part of our continued growth we are looking to hire a trainee recruitment consultant to join our team in Wilmslow, Cheshire. We have a strong base of established clients in the sector and require a consultant to work with us in servicing these clients and developing future business leads. The role will involve telephone and face to face contact with prospective job seekers and business clients to establish needs, provide excellent customer service and sell solutions. This is an account management and sales role and as such experience in customer service and sales is preferable. A background in commercial finance and/or banking would be ideal as our main areas of expertise fall within these specialist sectors. Salary will be dependent on skills and experience, in the region of £18,000 to £22,000 commission. We have a rewarding commission structure with excellent on target earnings. This role would be the first step into a business that offers fast career progression.
