Overview
Due to their continued growth, our Client based in Coventry is looking for a dedicated Trainee Telemarketing Executive (full training will be given) who is committed and eager to learn and develop in their career. Working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. If you have a passion for sales and want to work in a fun office environment with great earning potential, then this could be the job for you. This role is designed to lead to the next level, with career progression being a key element. Our Client is an incredibly supportive business who genuinely will work with you to enable you to achieve your potential As a Trainee Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for working as part of a dynamic team, to contact businesses and initiate conversations, build rapport and book appointments to discuss clients’ IT and telephony requirements and arrange for Business Development Managers to attend appointments. Key Responsibilities: Promoting products and services to businesses Developing an understanding of the client’s long term and short-term needs Booking appointments and demos for clients Acting in a professional, polite manner when dealing with telephone and email enquiries Building relationships with clients Keeping up to date on all new products and services Working with the sales and account management teams Skills Required: You will be an enthusiastic and consultative person Have a desire to progress your career and earn money Professional well-spoken person (fluent in English) Have excellent customer rapport building skills Ability to work autonomously Ability to work under pressure and be an excellent team player Be computer literate and have a good knowledge of the internet as a tool Benefits Package: Competitive Basic salary of £19k - £20 with a realistic OTE of 30k Full Training given Gym membership after successful probation period Continuous development Excellent opportunities for career progression
