Sales Valuer - Lutterworth - £20k basic £30k package plus car allowance A great opportunity to join this award winning, multi disciplined, independent Estate Agency who have built success on delivering a high level, personal service over the last 20 years. Our Estate Agent Client offers great earning potential with a generous and uncapped commission package along with further growth within the company. A rare opportunity has arisen for a Sales Valuer to join their expanding team within their branch in Lutterworth. The candidate will have experience in business generation within Estate Agency sales. The Sales Valuer Role: ·Generation of new business ·Arranging and conducting Market Appraisals ·Arranging and conducting Viewings when required ·Successfully negotiating offers ·Maintaining good relationships with all Vendors and Purchasers Essential Skills: ·Experience in Estate Agency is essential ·Excellent knowledge of business development techniques, marketing and winning new instructions ·Broad knowledge of the property sales process ·Self-motivation with a 'can do’ and a positive attitude ·Strong communication skills, both written and verbal ·Highly professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
