Senior Negotiator Office Based - South Birmingham - up to £25k basic - £30k Package Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm A very smart independent Estate Agency who specialise in the mid up market property sector are looking for a polished office based Estate Agent to join their already successful team. You will be working in an office who are strong on Customer Service and providing exceptional knowledge of the local area and property market. The ideal candidate will be polished, well presented and used to dealing in the mid to high end market. You will have experience in estate agency and progressing sales through to completion. You will also be carrying out sales negotiating tying up offers liaising between vendors and purchasers. Purpose of Role: You will work closely with the Sales office Negotiators and the management team to ensure they are kept up to date with the progression of sales and make sure the process continues to run smoothly. You will be required to liaise with Purchasers, Vendors, Solicitors, Surveyors as well as other Estate Agents involved in the chain and make sure the conveyance process is carried out smoothly and professionally. The ideal candidate will be bright, energetic, confident, organised, well presented and have an extremely good telephone manner. Key skills required • Experience progressing sales in Estate Agency is Essential • Excellent communication skills • Accurate, numerate and computer literate • A team player with excellent organisational skills Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
