Overview
Trainee Leasing Car Sales Executive Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 am-6.00 pm / No Weekends Worked. Salary: £15,000 basic / OTE up to £30,000 p.a. Benefits: Pension / Holiday Allowance: 20 days bank holidays. Our client is a successful family-run car leasing business which has been trading for over 15 years providing leasing solutions on a huge range of vehicles, as a company they go the extra mile for their valued customers and offer that consultative approach. They are looking for an additional member for their sales team to train up to be a dedicated account manager providing vehicle product information, quotes as well as taking the customer through each stage of the process giving an efficient and enjoyable customer experience. Whilst this is a training position our client is actively seeking a certain skill set, in order to be eligible for an interview you must have the following skills/experience: Strong telephone-based sales background. Be able to demonstrate a honed sales process. Demonstrate the ability to listen, interpret and close telephone sales calls. The Car Leasing Sales Executive role is office-based and all customers are conversed with by telephone so the successful applicant will need to be happy working in an office environment and confident at selling over the phone. The successful candidate is required to have a full driving licence and their own transport to get to and from work as public transport links to the office are limited.
