Weekend Sales Negotiator - Horsforth

My client is an independent agent who requires an experienced Weekend Sales Negotiator to join their busy team in Horsforth. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 years property experience within an estate agent or customer service experience. Key Responsibilities: Residential Sales New business generation Arranging and carrying out viewings Follow up and feedback Negotiating and agreeing sales Sales progression management Outbound calls and routine Prospecting Finding and booking Market Appraisals Dealing with inbound calls Valuations Marketing Requirements: Experience working as a sales negotiator Strong customer service skills Driven and passionate about property Friendly approach Team player Must be highly self-motivated Hours Saturdays 9am - 4pm Sundays 11am - 3pm Salary £8.35 - £9.50 per hour Due to high amounts of applications if you have not been contacted within 7 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
