Estate Agent Sales Progressor An established and renowned independent Estate Agency are now seeking an Estate Agent Sales Progressor to take full responsibility for the running sales from point of sale to satisfactory exchange of contracts. £25,000 - £30,000 subject to experience Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm Estate Agent Sales Progressor - Job Specification: Working alongside the Sales Negotiators you will be progressing all agreed sales through to a satisfactory exchange of contracts and subsequent completion. This role involves telephone liaison and administration, as you will be dealing with Solicitors, Surveyors, Mortgage Lenders, Estate Agents, Home Buyers and Vendors. Chasing the progression from each party, making sure the correct documentation and contracts are in place. Estate Agent Sales Progressor Successful candidates will at least have Estate Agency experience.
