Overview
Our client a successful family run property company are seeking a driven and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their team. Your role and responsibilities will be vary varied and will require you to work closely with the letting manager to ensure a smooth and successful Lettings team. You will carry out viewings with prospective tenants, liaise with landlords, process payments and contracts and dealing with all general enquiries into the team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to commence a sales driven role who wants to work with a well established team that can support you and to enable your success. Naturally key requirements are a confident personality, someone who enjoys engaging with people on all levels and who likes to take ownership of their work.
