Education Recruitment Resourcer, Horsforth £16,000 - 19,000 basic salary plus bonus Are you a recruitment professional with experience of candidate generation and management looking for a career in delivery? Harrison Sands are working with a Horsforth based client who are now hiring a Resourcer to work as part of their education team who specialise in the placement of senior schools staff, namely interim Headteachers and school leadership and inclusion staff. Our client have a solid background of delivering into local education authorities and academies as well as the public sector in general, and have been a specialist UK provider within education leadership for over 10 years. With over 50 UK based staff, this is a thriving organisation who are able to offer a motivating and friendly work environment, free onsite parking and package including private healthcare as well as regular training and structured career development. Day to day the Education Recruitment Resourcer will work closely with one of the company's most successful Education Recruitment Consultants, you will have a regional focus and act as a candidate manager for the consultants existing interims as well as assisting them with recruitment for new vacancies and ensuring that interims registered with the agency are kept in regular contact with. The Resourcer will be involved with advertising vacancies both online and in the national press, and will be the first point of contact for education leaders looking to register with the agency or sending their details in via job application. The Resourcer will act as an initial interview point and will manage the candidate relationship throughout their time with the agency. Due to advertising being a core component of the job, all applicants must have an excellent command of the English language, with at least a strong English GCSE grade and all other GCSEs at C grade or above although will ideally be A Level or degree educated. As well as having great writing and grammar skills, applicants must also have a confident telephone manner and the ability to make outbound calls as needed. Although our client are willing to provide initial training we do require experience of working as either a Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Resourcer within an agency setting. We are open to your sector background but give preference to experience of recruiting within education or the public sector. Along with a basic salary of up to £19,000 dependant on experience this company offer bonus (c £25,000 OTE), and are able to progress your career offering future options of car allowance, increased commission etc as you gain more responsibility and promotion.
