Overview
Martin & Co have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Letting Negotiator to join the team covering for a maternity leave from May 2020 to March 2021 We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic candidate who can deliver exceptional customer service to our valued clients and customers. Key duties will include: Registering and refining client details Book and conduct property Viewings Negotiate offers between applicants .Tenants and Landlords Prepare Customer documentation Terms of business and Tenancy agreements Conducting Post tenancy check out and agreeing deposit deduction and returns Marketing properties through all available media. Gaining new business We are considering both full time or part time positions to cover this maternity there will be a requirement for regular Saturday working.
