Key Skills and Responsibilities Greeting customers as they enter the shop Raising credits and refunding customers where applicable Ensuring doors are opened/locked at appropriate times Transferring and adjusting stock from SAP to shop Print off all Bullet &TNT manifests ensuring you get required signature Scan all POD for carriers, deliveries and collections & keep SS updated Processing orders received via phone, fax and email Ensuring correct tariffs are attached to orders Ensuring pricing correct for goods ordered Organising Butech stock with purchases. Identifying stock availability to complete orders Arranging deposits/payment for orders Raising pricing queries with Estimating Department Liaising with Customer Services and SOP Assisting BDM’s with customer quotations, order, queries etc Assisting Customers with Stock queries in store or over the phone Liaise with Warehouse for deliveries / collections Thoroughly check work before sending orders to picking system Reconcile end of day banking and report any discrepancies to line manager Keeping shop clean and tidy at all time and ensure its replenished as and when required Ensuring all window displays are up to date with ex display items Inventory to be completed Monday & Friday to ensure no missing stock Inventory to be submitted to General Managers on the 28th of each month Personal Attributes; A good level of verbal, written and numerical literacy Smart professional appearance Clear and positive communicator Customer Service focuses To apply for this post, you will need to complete the online application process by going onto https://career2.successfactors.eu/career?companyporcelanos A CV should be uploaded as part of your application, setting out your career history.
