This well known multi office property brand in looking for an experienced branch manager to join their busy branch in Cambridge as professional Executive Branch Manager. Due to increased business levels the successful candidate will be required to support the Branch Manager and Regional Director to drive this branch even further forward and assist in leading the team. Previous managerial property experience is ESSENTIAL for this role as they will be hitting the ground running and be expected to lead by example in motivating the branch.They may also at times, when needed be expected to cover other branches within the area as the business dictates. A strong character, driven and professional attitude and a hard work ethic is a must for this role, along with top notch people management skills and a hunger to meet and exceed targets.
