You will be responsible for driving the sales performance of the team of recruiters. Your day to day activity will be a mixture of man management, leading by example with occasional placements, setting the tone for the business by developing a positive culture and developing your team to want to succeed. It's a leader biller opportunity for someone wanting the flexibility of a relaxed environment but still capable of motivating people to achieve their goals. Sales Manager - Who You Are You are likely to have managed a team of recruiters beforehand and will be confident in your ability to lead from the front. Ideally your experience will be within IT/Tech and you should have a good understanding of perm and contract recruitment in a white collar environment. You should have a demonstrable track record of success in your career to date and be capable of running an existing team and growing it. Sales Manager - The Package Salary is open on experience, with £35k - 40k and a realistic ote of £60k - 80k.
