Due to the continuing success of these affinities, they are now keen expand their family further, with the addition of an experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor. Full Admin support is available, a vast lender panel, and an excellent salary / commission package is negotiable on an individual basis, depending on individual circumstances. Mortgage and Protection Advisor - The Package Our clients are seeking hot and hungry talent and are completely flexible with regards to fitting the right candidate into the right role. The role can be put together on an individual and bespoke basis and can either be Employed or Self-Employed and could either be office based or home / field based, depending on individual circumstances. Employed - Competitive basic salary, with a potential guarantee, OTE circa £50,000 - £60,000 uncapped - Initial Guarantee paid while you build your pipeline Self Employed - Negotiable commission package to factor in individual expectations and circumstances - £60,000 - £80,000 uncapped OTE - Initial retainer paid while you build your pipeline Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents hits 13 years of successful trading.
