Sales and Valuations Manager Rochdale / Bury Salary: £25 - 30k basic commission Our client is a highly regarded Property Services Provider that have been established for over thirty years. With several estate agency branches across the region, they are currently looking to recruit a Sales and Valuations Manager. The role will involve carrying out market appraisals and valuations in order to secure instructions to sell residential property. Candidates must have strong commercial business acumen and have the drive and ambition to thrive in a sales driven and competitive environment. The Estate Agency has a great reputation in the local marketplace with fantastic customer feedback which they are now ready to expand to the next level. Reporting into the Company Director, you will be a key member of the branch's success story. Key responsibilities within the role of a Sales and Valuations Manager will be: Prospecting for new business across Sales and Financial services Ensuring effective communication with other divisions to maximise business opportunities.
