Overview
This is a great role working for a motion picture and television studio based in London. We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our growing International Distribution. The candidate should be passionate about cinema and the business side of the film industry, and keen to play an instrumental part in the next phase of our growth. Responsibilities: Invoice distributors for Minimum Guarantees, box office bumps and overages Track payments, make collections and maintain detailed collections report Request royalty reporting of film performance from distributors and track film recoupment position Manage the sales expense budgets for each film release Process departmental invoices Generate sales expense cost runs for third party producers General team assistance Education and Experience: Theatrical Film/TV Distribution experience Worked in a transaction process environment Excellent verbal & written skills Advance knowledge of Excel Prior Knowledge of SAP The ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Ability to communicate with various levels of management Desired skills: Ability to work independently and complete duties and projects with little supervision Must have excellent organizational skills Pro-active individual with problem solving skills to recognize and initiate process improvements High energy and a passion for a growth oriented environment Flexible and adaptable Sound like you?
