Job Title and Location: Office Admin Support - Sidcup, Kent Role Purpose: The Business Support Administrator is to provide administrative support to assist in a number of functions that are to be co-ordinated from our Shared Services Office at Sidcup,. The position requires a professional, well-informed and consistent approach to both internal and external contacts and undertakings, and thereby upholding the professional image and exceptional standards of the Finance Function and wider company. Role Requirements: We seek to fill this role immediately Salary is up to 18,000. Working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This role is based at our Office in Sidcup, which is a very busy environment at the heart of the Company. There will be occasions where the post holder may be required to attend at our Head Office in Angel, London or other locations as required by the role. The Business Support Administrator must have good numeracy and literacy skills, excellent organisational skills and a willingness to provide a consistent and professional service at all times whilst working as part of a team. The ability to prioritise your workload, meet deadlines and be proactive in your daily approach is essential, as well as flexibility and a strong sense of professionalism. Specific Duties: * Day-to-day support to Sidcup office. * Responsible for all scanning and electronic filing for the Shared services office. * Responsible for all archiving recalls and destruction. * Managing and distributing incoming & outgoing post and office deliveries. * Responsible for stationary orders and printer management. * Organising & Managing meeting rooms and meeting support. * Arranging Lunches & refreshments for meeting rooms. * Responsible for Notice board management. * Ensuring kitchen is stocked with Tea/Coffee/Milk etc. * Ad hoc duties and projects as required by the Line Manager or Head of Finance. Essential criteria to meet: * Be able to demonstrate a high standard of IT skills to use Email, Word, and Excel effectively * Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Be flexible and reliable to meet all role requirements, with minimal supervision * Have a confident demeanour to liaise with colleagues, directors and clients * Be polite, helpful and diligent, with a can do ethos * Have the ability to work to deadlines, and effective time management skills * Be smart and well presented at all times Documentation that must be provided by the applicant upon request: * Right to work in the UK (Passport and/or Visa if applicable) * Previous employment details * Proof of address (such as bank statement) * Proof of National Insurance Number * Details of 1 personal references (that must not be relatives or live at the same address)
