Lettings All Rounder - Hinckley - up to £18k basic plus commission This is a rare opportunity to join a well established, multi-disciplined independent Lettings and Estate Agency based in their office in Hinckley. This is a varied role and it will involve carrying out viewings, tying up offers, liaising with tenants and landlords on a daily basis and will also focus on the property management side where you will be carrying out property inspections, dealing with maintenance issues, chasing rent arrears and general lettings administration. Essential Duties: Professionally deal with Landlord and Tenant enquiries Booking and attending viewings Matching of applicants to suitable properties Negotiating the terms of tenancies with landlords and tenants Negotiating renewals when applicable for properties Carrying out property inpsections Dealing with maintenance issues, liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords Essential Skills: Lettings Experience is essential Well Presented and Well Spoken Excellent communication skills A team player with excellent organisational skills Full UK driving license and car Exceptional customer service skills
