Role: Senior Negotiator - Estate Agency Location: Bristol Salary: £17,000 to £21,000 basic with OTE of £25,000 to £28,000 Our client, an established estate agency based in Bristol, is currently recruiting for a Senior Negotiator to join their team. This role will include all aspects of Sales and Lettings negotiation including, building relationships by meeting and liaising with potential sellers, buyers, landlord and tenants. You will be pro-active in self-promotion and marketing and provide excellent customer service. Required for this role: Previous experience working in a similar role within an estate agency is essential You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy (Need experience in Microsoft Office packages) Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented You will be target driven and ambitious Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount This vacancy is being managed by Luke Bodington at Spear Recruitment Ltd.
