Graduate Recruitment Consultant Executive Search - Technology Sector Who are we working for? Permanent People are working on behalf of an innovative executive search recruitment firm specialising within the Technology sector. Our client is based in Leeds and are known for their award-winning service, which has earned them a brilliant reputation within the industry as an integral brand despite only starting up in recent years. What the role involves… Daily duties: Client liaison: building relationships with leading technology brands, communicating with them to obtain a detailed brief, which you will use to source candidates matching the criteria. 360 recruitment: advertising your client's vacancies, effectively using social media and other platforms Executive Search: Screening high-level, specialist professionals within the technology industry Negotiating contract and business terms (including salary rates and commission structure) with existing and new clients Earn commission on top of your salary for every candidate you place with a client (fee sizes average at 20k - 40k) Ideal Candidate: Educated to degree level from a recognised university at 2:1 or above (exceptions will be made for those with a strong B2B Sales background) Professional, dedicated and articulate Clear reasons and demonstrable interest in starting a career in the recruitment industry with at least 6 months sales experience in b2b or b2c (call centre, lettings or cold-calling, retail etc.,) A confident, outgoing individual who enjoys relationship building Ambitious, competitive and financially motivated Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) Previous experience in teamwork, commitment and meeting deadlines What’s on offer?
