Membership & Event Sales - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

I am on the search for a social butterfly for an Event & Membership Sales Executive (6 month Maternity Contract) in Hertford, this is a really exciting job if you love communicating with people, enjoy the thrill of a sale, enjoy working in Media and Networking then this Sales Executive job is for you. You will be responsible for a particular Club in this brand which is in the midst of a major growth drive, you will be accountable and responsible for the running and implementation of all elements of the club and associated club/meet up events. You will be responsible for maintaining renewed memberships and proactive seeking new members, hosting a varied and sufficient number of club & meet up events to satisfy members and meet all sales targets. Duties are; Responsible for selling individual and group Club membership packages to new and existing members Managing the in-house admin process Selling tailor-made meet up event packages to prospective venues, corporate gifting clients etc who wish to reach our highly desirable audience Creating and selling sponsorship packages to advertisers who wish to reach Club audience Develop membership retention strategies and targets Manage marketing initiatives designed to retain existing members Ensure that the Club membership offering is clearly presented via media platforms and at events Contributing and raising any concerns, ideas regarding the brand or your responsible products within brand meetings Source new Club partners and competition contributors who wish to reach our audience Lead on the planning and delivery of members’ events and ensure that a regular program of Club events is scheduled for members Source monthly competitions bespoke for the club members Attend all Club events and act as 'the face’ to all of our Club members To act as the primary contact for members beyond day-to-day administration Attend out of hours networking events be it exhibitions, press events, product launches, venue unveilings/venue refurbishments, new restaurant openings etc In such a thriving industry there is no better time to join this buzzing company in Hertford.
