Your new role As an Inside Sales Representative your role will be to Provide dedicated support to the inside sales customer base Chasing new business with lapsed customers. Completing KPI's including 80 dials Using the CRM effectively (CRM best practice guide below) To promote all 'Workplace Solution' offerings available to the customer, ensuring client needs are met & identifying opportunities for new revenue streams. Understanding the customers - what is their business, what have they previously ordered with us Working to deliver agreed KPI's in line with business goals Maximising every sale opportunity Follow through on quotes either via verbal or email communication - using the crm to set call back dates to follow through on all quotes Agree sale on the phone instead of sending quotes - quick win To operate within company guidelines & achieve specified quality standards What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate needs to have at least 1 years experience of working within a sales/customer services environment.
