Overview

Lettings Consultant Addlestone £12K - £16K per annum, £35K OTE Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join their Lettings team within the heart of Chertsey. The Lettings Consultant will be reporting directly into the Lettings Manager and supporting the daily operations of the Lettings Department. The Lettings Consultant will: Ensure all documentation and databases are in line with the compliance guidelines Gain an understanding of the company values and demonstrate these effectively Work alongside the Lettings Manager in all daily operations Build the client base; increasing Landlords and applicants Assist in the Lettings of the properties; processing applications and providing support with other documentation List and advertise properties to let Assist the branch with other administrative duties Ensure an agreed prospecting plan is delivered Preparation of comparable for suitable reports Conduct morning meeting in manager's absence Deputise in manager's absence Qualify applicants and potential landlords to company standards Generate listing opportunities and instructions Generate viewings and offers Undertake valuation appointments to agreed company standards Ensure property and marketing details comply with industry standards Negotiate offers to agreed deals Carry out effective marketing reviews to company standards Collate own and daily, weekly and monthly figures to highlight performance Implement branch plan with branch manager in line with the group strategic plan Conduct marketing review calls in line with company standards The ideal candidate will: Ideally understand the process of lettings Ideally have a basic legal knowledge to include CPR, MLA and right to rent checks. Have Local area knowledge Have a good working knowledge on Microsoft office and CRM packages Have good planning and time management Work well to targets and work on their own initiative Have excellent negotiation skills Have strong communication skills; both verbal and written Be a strong team player Be energetic and proactive Working hours are Monday to Thursday - 8:30am to 6:30pm, Friday - 8:30am to 6:00pm and every other Saturday - 9:00am to 5:00pm
