Overview
If you've been looking for an opportunity to begin a career in Estate Agency, this could be the perfect opportunity for you Due to continued success, a well established and market leading agency currently require a Sales Negotiator to join the successful team in their Epsom office. Trainees will be considered for this role The successful candidate will ideally have a proven track record in a targeted / direct sales environment. Customer service is equally key within this business therefore excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients is essential Responsibilities include: Booking and conducting viewings Assisting with canvassing to win new business Actively offer properties to suitable prospective buyers Negotiating offers and agree sales Cross sell company products and services Achieve personal sales forecast Provide regular feedback to clients This role is paying a basic salary of £15,000, with a realistic OTE of £25,000. You’ll be required to work a 5 day week, to include Saturdays. Please note you must have a full UK driving licence and vehicle to be considered for this role.
