We want to hear from YOU At Vansdirect, we are looking for an Internet Enquiry Executive to come and join our fantastic Enquiry Team based in our Newport office About the Role The role of the Internet Enquiry Executive is to virtually meet, greet and qualify all Vansdirect customers via telephone and deliver qualified customer referrals to our Sales Team. Assist customers with inbound telephone, e-mail or live chat requests whilst utilising the company sales process to ensure maximum profitability. You will promote our company values and ensure complete customer satisfaction at all times. The working hours for this role are: between 8am – 8pm Monday to Thursday, 8am – 6pm Friday and 9am – 2pm Saturday; Saturdays on a rota’d basis. About You For this role, we are looking for someone who has previous experience of working in a Customer Service environment; telesales experience would be beneficial. If your application is successful, we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. For this role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.
