Overview
Experienced Estate Agent required for market leading multi branch Independent Agency - Epsom Branch. This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to be a part of a dynamic, professional estate agency who strive to be the best in the local market and have a very strong local market share. As a Sales Negotiator within the agencies flagship office; you will be an integral member of the branches sales department. You will be responsible for canvassing for new business, booking and conducting viewings and of course, selling properties You’ll be required to maintain a good relationship with vendors and purchasers, conduct call-outs on new properties, cross sell ancillary services and ensure the highest levels of customer service and care are offered. My client is offering a basic salary of £16,000 - £18,000 Car Allowance (depending on experience) plus a personal commission structure with a realistic OTE of £35,000. Fantastic training and career development is available for ambitious candidates looking to progress. You will be required to work a 5 day week to include busy Saturdays You will need a full drivers licence for this role and access to your own car.
