Assistant Manager - £20k DOE Witney 37.5 hours A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join a well-established high-street opticians and hearing business. You will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of professionalism and growing a successful customer-focused business. This is a full time, permanent position based in Witney. Qualifications, training and experience required: Experience of people management/development. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn, driving enthusiasm within a team Good team working skills Exceptional customer service skills. Competent computer skills. Previous experience of management (desired but not required).
