A successful Claims Management company in Bolton are looking for a new Business Development Manager (BDM), primarily office based, to bring on new accounts and develop new lines of business. Benefits Generous starting salary of between £31,000 and £35,000 OTE Year 1 £50,000 - Uncapped Clear, easy to understand commission structure Some warm leads and enquires to follow up and generate business from 28 days holiday (inc bank holidays) Mobile phone and Laptop Mileage allowance Claims Management is a growing industry that sees no sign of slowing down in the current financial climate and this business is thriving. Not only because of the service and solution it provides to its clients, but largely because of the fantastic proposition it offers its introducers. You will be contacting businesses/potential introducers and media owners across the country and selling the proposition which in turn will generate enquires from those looking to make a claim. To be clear, you will not be contacting the public to see if they need to make a claim, or qualifying them, at any point You will receive unrivalled support initially and given good direction to help you hit the ground running and be successful. Once your up and running you will be afforded the freedom any good BDM needs to be successful, within the hours of work and within reason of course.
