We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager in our new Braintree store in Freeport Braintree Outlet Shopping Village. Braintree Outlet is a large designer outlet village with shops, restaurants and entertainment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, KPI's and pathing the way at an exciting growing time for Lyle & Scott. The person who stands out and lives and breathes our Culture. What are we looking for? We are looking for an individual that can lead, motivate, train and deliver a world class experience in store. Not only through exceptional levels of customer service, but also through operational excellence delivering and maintaining set KPI objectives.This is a full time role requiring 44 hours per week. As a Store Manager your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to: - Being a Lyle and Scott ambassador at all times, both in and outside of working hours to promote the brand positively through all interactions - physically and virtually; and to ensure where possible that members of the Retail team do the same. Ensure that the customer is put at the forefront of every decision that is made. Without exception everybody who leaves the Lyle and Scott store has been subjected to a cross-industry leading in-store experience. To have the ability to recognise and react to changing working environments and be confident at making strong effective autonomous decisions in a timely manner. Work alongside Visual Merchandising and Head Office staff to ensure all visual guidelines are met at all times allowing Lyle and Scott to be displayed in a premium way, befitting of our brand positioning. Ensure that operationally the back of house is managed to a level whereby the experience is enhanced, and provides a stable, well-run business to ensure a sense of cohesion to the customer. Provide a first-class Lyle and Scott Retail experience; the unique DNA that will set Lyle & Scott apart from all competitors and create an unparalleled footfall, customer experience and commercial return for our retail operation.
