Kitchen team leader Our Kitchen Team Leaders are essential in ensuring our delicious food concepts are prepared and presented to the highest standard. Our individual menus have been carefully selected to reflect our appetite for quality fresh produce across our kitchens. We are looking for someone with attention to detail, knowledge of stock control and food hygiene to lead our kitchen team and strive to deliver service excellence. Who are we? Requirements * Work in partnership with your team to help champion our pub * To prepare, cook and present food in line with company standards * Deliver outstanding levels of customer service and ensure that all customer enquiries or issues are resolved satisfactorily * Protect and secure all company stock and property in order to minimise the risk of loss and ensure that all policy and procedures are in place to meet company audit requirements * Assist where required in the completion of all required pub administration, such as stocktaking * Follow all Food safety regulations and guidelines * To support the opening and closing of the pub in line with company processes as required Benefits * Competitive salary * 50% discount on food & drinks in all Bermondsey pubs, cheers * Reward gateway a discount scheme at major high street and online retailers! * Flexible working hours * Cycle to work scheme Bermondsey pubs are proud to announce our partnership with the Licenced trade charity.
