Permanent People are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant on behalf of our client specialising within the Engineering & Technical sectors . Our client is a national market leader within their verticals, boasting an expansive team of experienced and dedicated consultants with an impeccable reputation . What does the role entail? You will take on a 360 role occupying a warm desk with existing clients and candidates to work on from day one. This role is fast paced and hands on , therefore we are looking for someone who is self-motivated and driven to achieve the best results. You will work alongside a team of experienced consultants, reporting regularly to the managing consultant for feedback and guidance. You will consistently liaise with existing clients whilst sourcing new prospective clients , negotiating contract terms and developing the business further . You will ideally have an eye for detail when headhunting candidates, screening high-quality talent to meet the specifics of your clients brief. What type of person are we looking for? Minimum 6 months recruitment experience , ideally within a related sector Consistent professional track record and billing history Demonstrable knowledge of the market Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to build strong, long-lasting professional relationships with ease What are the benefits on offer?
