Overview

Our client, a luxury property company, is seeking a personable, thorough and ambitious candidate to join their team as a Sales Progressor. The successful candidate will be a great communicator and be able to effectively adapt to the needs of the customers. This role will involve a lot of phone work, therefore relationship building, and communication skills are vital. In order to maintain and heighten the company's reputation you will be required to update customers regularly and see any issues through from start to finish. Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm Basic salary: £20,000 - £22,000 commission after probation Responsibilities Providing support and assistance to the sales team and the park managers wherever possible Providing the relevant paperwork to the sales managers and park managers To prepare all paperwork for the sales including the cash sales, part exchanges, from agreements to the assignment pack Ensure that all leads are updated on the company database and acted upon immediately Provide weekly productivity schedules for managers Provide the sales teams with leads and the correct contacts for them to follow up on Chasing the sales team to ensure said leads are contacted and bookings have been arranged With the help of the Sales Area Manager keep track of the stock homes at all times, make sure they are property dressed and that they are being marketed Keep track of buybacks and any further plot developments taking place Assist the Park Managers with writing any letters that may be deemed necessary to help them in their endeavours Chasing park managers for property paperwork and documentation Respond to sales enquiries in an efficient manner Keeping an up to database; to include property details, customer details, stock home details, home order details, manufacturer details, etc. Speaking to solicitors and other agents ensuring all parties are updated appropriately, whilst offering creative solutions to any problems Please bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
