Telemarketing Executive - £19,200 £2,000 OTE- Birmingham (Part time Monday - Thursday) We are currently working with one of the UK’s leading resellers of Sage software to recruit for a Telemarketing Executive to work within their growing team in Birmingham. Our client provides integrated business software and consultancy services, such as cloud solutions, data security, infrastructure services and many more. They support over 400 clients in major industry sectors as well as niche markets and they are now looking for a Telemarketing Executive to join their team to identify new business opportunities and nurture prospects to be educate on Sage products and other of their product portfolio solutions. This role will involve working with the new business and account management team, to see opportunities through to close. This will incorporate high levels of telemarketing against set targets. Responsibilities and Duties To call designated lists of contacts/accounts to discuss the product portfolio. To raise awareness of the company’s brand and increase their new business footprint as well as the number of existing Sage sites who use the company for support. To further qualify and develop prospects and thereby identify qualified sales opportunities that can be passed into the sales cycle and allocated to a sales-person. To nurture prospects and develop a long-term relationship with them. To present an update report and performance vs target figures to the Marketing Director on a monthly basis. To keep up to date with product development and industry trends relevant to the individual area of specialisation. To carry out other duties that may be required from time to time as directed by the management. To support the Marketing Department in any other reasonable task.
