Overview
We are looking to recruit a Property Manager to join a well established Lettings Agent in Winchester. This is a leading agency who are looking to add to their property management team with someone knowledgeable and experienced. The role will involve all property management including; Coordinating repairs and maintenance Liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords Carrying out inspections Ensuring safety and legal compliance of all properties Handling tenancy renewals paperwork Check outs including deposit return, arranging end of tenancy inspections, all relevant admin You must have previous property management experience with a solid understanding of associated legislation. You will be an effective communicator and highly organised. This is a permanent role working Monday-Friday. You may be required to work occasional Saturdays so flexibility is a must. Working hours are 08.30-18.00. This role pays a basic salary of £25k p/a. MorganStar Recruitment are acting as an employment agency with regards to this position.
