Overview
Ellis Knight are recruiting for a bubbly and enthusiastic face to face Customer Service Assistant to support the management team at our clients' Reading showroom. Our client pride themselves in delivering the very highest levels of customer service and product knowledge. It is essential that you can take a customer's ambition and help it become reality If you have the ability and determination, they will train you in the products and help you build a career. Ultimately, the successful candidate will provide great customer service developed through previous experience within a similar retail/showroom/face to face environment. Starting salary £19760.00 (increasing to £21944.00 after probation) This is a full time, permanent role. You will work 40 hours per week, 1 full weekend in and then 1 full weekend off, it's a 5 day per week rota system. General Duties Keep a customer friendly, working environment and follow the clear-desk policy at the end of each day. Prepare and assist with stocktakes adhering to Company procedure. Supplied company uniform to be worn at all times and kept neat, clean and presentable, ensuring work wear and appearance standards are adhered to. Assist with the training and development of all new recruits. Report any Health and Safety issues to your line manager. Take on any reasonable ad hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of The Company.
