Overview
Sales Executive £17,000 plus commission OTE £20,600 - £21,200 Additional monthly monetary incentives Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Marden Netbox Recruitment are looking for a driven, self-sufficient Sales Executive to join a market leading FMCG business in the Marden area. The successful candidate will be given their own extensive client base (3000 clients) and any repeat or future orders (including orders they place themselves online) will count towards their monthly revenue target. Our client is looking for someone who not only wants to account manage current clients but also upsell to them and generate new business from warm, pre-qualified leads. Duties for the successful Sales Executive will include: Developing and maintaining sales on existing accounts through outbound calls Using qualified leads to call prospective clients in order to sell, cross-sell and up-sell their product base Scheduling call-backs via the CRM Promoting monthly special offers, promotions and new products to all customers Providing exceptional customer service throughout Placing orders on the CRM The ideal Sales Executive will have: At least 2 years previous phone-based sales experience Excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic and proactive The ability to obtain additional information on every call by asking open questions Anatural sales drive and be a team player A flexible and investigative approach, willing to go the extra mile to find crucial details Resilience, determination and focus People considered for this role could be Business Developers, Cold Callers, Lead Generators, Telesales Executives.
