Job Title: Lettings Manager Salary: £30,000 basic, Car allowance, £75,000 Location: West London The Client: Our client is a well regarded multi office Estate Agency with a large portfolio and a good reputation. This is a rarely available vacancy for a Lettings Manager who is able to grow market share and lead a department. The Role: Working in a well established office, you will be a vital member of the team, tasked with maintaining existing Landlord contacts and run the Lettings side of the business. You will inherit a well run office and an experienced and successful Lettings team. Ideal candidate: Someone with a track record of leading an experienced Lettings team and achieving the very highest level of results. An organised and enthusiastic character A proven Team Leader safe pair of hands and excellent at maintaining existing landlord relationships Knowledge of the entire Lettings process Excellent communication and 'people skills' Mature attitude Good IT, budget and report writing skills Outgoing, positive personality You must be of confident nature You must be a good listener and have strong attention to detail UK driving license About us: Rayner Personnel are a specialist Property Recruitment company.
