Overview
Our clients, a highly successful and expanding independent agent, are seeking a Property Manager to work within their Lettings Team. The role will involve managing a portfolio of properties, dealing with day to day tenant problems, organising contractors and liaising with tenants and landlords regarding property issues. The position will also involve check in and check out inspections, property inventories and requires a strong individual with excellent customer service skills. Our clients require a candidate with a good telephone manner who is highly organised. In return our clients are offering a package of £28,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience, with an individual bonus. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Own car and driving licence required.
