Lettings Negotiator West London Basic upto £20,000 Company Car or Allowance OTE £50,000 in year 1 The Client: Our client is a highly successful London Estate Agency who are now looking for money motivated Lettings experts to join their ranks. They have multiple openings and are keen to interview people with a background in property Sales or Lettings. They have an enviable track record and their training is second to none. You will have a structured career path, plenty of opportunity for progression and fantastic earning potential. They have an enviable training and progression program where you will be given a clear opportunity to rise through the ranks. The Role: You’ll take responsibility for all aspects of the Lettings process: advising clients about the Lettings process setting up viewings and showing potential tenants around the property advising landlords of any issues preparing offers closing deals making sure all aspects of the process meet legal requirements speaking to vendors and advising on pricing working with solicitors Please send your CV for consideration.
