Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant Salary: £18k-£22k uncapped commission (£25k-£40k in year one, calculated) Location: Manchester City Centre Sector: Education - Further, Higher & Commercial Training Start Date: ASAP The Client It is a privately-owned recruitment company, set up by the Director after spending many years in the recruitment industry. With most of his career spent recruiting within the Further Education & Commercial Training sector, the Director set out with the aim to improve the quality of recruitment within Education & to ensure that clients receive a consistently high level of service. The company offers a professional yet fun environment, ensuring that the consultants you speak to on a day to day basis are enthusiastic about what they do. They work closely with both clients & candidates to develop a full understanding of their needs and look after them, with care & an attention to detail unrivalled in the sector.
