Warm desk opportunity for someone with minimum 9 months experience. The desk opportunity is within an specific IT Practice within Reed Technology. This role will only suit someone who enjoys telephone based Sales and winning new business plus relationship building with clients and candidates alike. Is this you? Personal Specification: • Sales experience • Ability to build Rapport mainly over the telephone but also Face to face • An interest in IT / Technology in general • High levels of self discipline and motivation • Target driven • Customer focus • Must be a team player • Flexible • Confident • “Can Do” Attitude The role can be very challenging and demanding, and would suit someone looking to push themselves outside of their comfort zone and be financially rewarded as a result.
