They are seeking a talented, insightful recruiter to join their growing ranks in their Cheshire office. Our client is different from other agencies - they don’t want specific recruitment experience , instead they’re looking for raw talent - someone with exceptional sales skills, a strong professional history and the drive to succeed. The Role This will be a 360 role, managing the full recruitment life cycle whilst seeking to liaise with potential new clients, with the aim of developing the business further. You will occupy a warm desk with existing clients and vacancies to work on from day one. Our client occupies many different sectors, so they are willing to take on a recruiter with any sector experience as they plan on investing heavily in the right candidate and fitting them to a suitable niche based on their skills, personality and experience.
