Lettings Negotiator - Marylebone - Basic of up to £25,000 Plus Commission (£35,000 To £40,000 Realistic OTE) An exciting opportunity for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join an experienced team of property professionals. This is a great opportunity for someone with some previous lettings experience looking to join a progressive and expanding organisation. You will be responsible for registering and managing applicants, ensuring they are regularly contacted and offered new properties, producing lettings paperwork and ensure that the tenancies are compliant and let in accordance with company procedures. Key Responsibilities: Deal with all incoming calls as appropriate. Arranging and carrying out viewings as required and establishing rapport with applicants. Registering applicants on the phone and walk ins. Processing documents for the tenancy agreement. Negotiating and agreeing the terms of tenancies with landlords. Negotiating the offers with both the prospective tenants and landlords. Updating the job portals with new instructed properties. Requirements: Minimum of 6 months lettings experience.
