Overview

I am currently looking for ambitious, money driven Graduates who are looking to start a career in Sales. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Sales Executive to join a market leading Digital Marketing agency based in the Broadheath/Altrincham area. With excellent training and a clear progression path, the role offers a starting salary of £20,000 with OTE of £29,000 which all Sales staff are expected to earn. For top billers, you can move into the Business Development team within 3-6 months which has an OTE of £36,000-47,000 So what are you waiting for? About the role: Gaining an understanding of the customers' needs and building a positive relationship with the client Researching and analysing potential business opportunities Making outbound calls to clients, building up rapport and gaining an understanding of their needs, then selling the relevant benefits Using proven techniques and pitches to generate business Working as part of a team to hit individual and collective targets Skills and Experience: Recent graduate with at least a 2:2 degree, looking to start a career in sales Money motivated and target driven Confident communicator on the phone Experience in a customer facing environment Ambition to progress and develop in a growing company About the benefits: Hours of Work: Mon - Fri 8:45AM - 5:15PM Starting salary of £20,000 with OTE of £29,000 Free Parking 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Christmas period shutdown Onsite bar which is open every Friday Contributory pension and healthcare scheme
