Overview
Working with a high calibre team representing in house and external brands you will be joining a business that is thriving and set for an incredible 2020. As the Store Manager you will be a focal point within the wider business and will be required to ensure that operating processes and procedures are maintained and continually improved providing a streamlined, customer orientated service. Leading, motivating and developing your team you will be strategic and change orientated and drive this in a consistent manner across your Store. An inspirational role model you will have an impressive record of business development and with excellent people skills you will help to drive the business forward; sharing your passion for their fantastic products. You will act as a focal point within the business, providing a link between Head Office, Retail Operations and customers. You will be accountable for delivery in the following areas: Leading and motivating your team to increase sales and ensure efficiency whilst creating a luxury sales environment Interpreting sales figures and putting forward recommendations to drive the business Analysing and interpreting trends to enhance trading operations Driving a high level of customer service Performance management Recruitment Conducting appraisals and performance reviews Continuous development of staff Communication of business initiatives Adhering to policies and procedures at all times Essential Experience: Significant record of delivery in a retail environment People, sales and customer focused Experience of developing and implementing business strategies and working to budgets Experience of leading and developing a team Performance management Managing and delivering operating costs and identifying suitable efficiency improvements IT literate A first class package is availble to the right candidate, commensurate to the level of the opportunity with excellent bonuses and other benefits.
