Assistant Store Manager Location: Worcester Contract Type: Permanent Contract Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week) Starting Salary: £16,835 Bonus This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced retail star to join the team in Worcester. Think you're up for the challenge? What you'll be doing As Assistant Manager, you'll be: - Working towards sales targets, sourcing new customers, constantly improving KPI performance, encouraged to build a repeat customer base - Leading and managing the team from recruitment to performance reviews and training - Managing costs, margin whilst maximising every sales opportunity - Inspiring and motivating your team to deliver a level of customer service that exceeds all expectations - Coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role - Organised to effectively plan priorities and be able to respond to deadlines Your experience - Experience in a management position and delivering exceptional customer service through your team, ideally within the retail sector or similar industry - Experience in maximising sales in an assisted purchase environment and managing productivity through effective rota planning - Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to cope with changing priorities, maintaining a calm and resilient work ethic - Able to work well under pressure when required.
