Role: Trainee Sales Negotiator Location: Barnet, London Salary: £25,000 per annum Our client is a well established estate agency who is currently looking for a Trainee Negotiator to join their team based in Barnet. The successful candidate will be someone who is hard-working, enthusiastic and reliable. You must be presentable, be a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. You must hold a full driving licence. You will also have had previous experience working within an office environment, ideally within a similar property related role. You must have experience in using Microsoft office packages. To be successful in this role: Previous sales experience is essential, previous listing experience is beneficial you will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills you will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount.
